MSHA training for Shreveport and northwest Louisiana
Part 46 and Part 48 training for Red River sand and gravel operations, clay pits, and contractors across northwest Louisiana.
Areas we serve
Training and field services where your crews work.
Northwest Louisiana operations answer to the same federal MSHA training rules as Texas mines, and crews here often work sites on both sides of the line. One class can cover everyone, regardless of which state the pit sits in.
Red River sand and gravel pits, clay and shale operations, and industrial mineral work make up most of the region, with surface mines falling under Part 46. Louisiana adds its own workplace safety enforcement on top of the federal requirements, so records matter twice as much.
We come to you
Every service on this page travels. We teach classes in your shop, trailer, or pit parking lot in Shreveport, write plans from your own records, and perform evaluations on your equipment. Travel is quoted up front, with no per-mile surprise on the invoice.
Live instructor-led, never computer-based
When you train online, an MSHA instructor teaches the class live on camera in real time. There are no self-paced modules, recorded videos, or slideshow quizzes, and miners can ask questions and get answers the same day.

How classes run
We train crews across Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, and DeSoto parishes. Online live classes run on Central time, and on-site dates are quoted with travel from our Texas base.
Live online classes are taught in real time by an MSHA instructor, never as a self-paced computer-based course, and require a computer, webcam, and valid photo ID. Every miner leaves with a certificate and a 5000-23 form filed to your training records.
