Areas we serve

Training and field services where your crews work.

Northern Arizona mining is small, spread out, and a long drive from any classroom, which makes getting a new hire trained the hard part. We run the classes live online on Arizona time and come to your pit when the whole crew needs the hours at once.

Flagstaff area operations are mostly cinder and pumice pits, crushed basalt and aggregate quarries, and sand and gravel producing for construction across the high country, with limestone quarries supplying cement and lime plants farther south. Surface sand, gravel, and stone work is Part 46, where new miners need 24 hours, experienced miners need 8, and every miner needs an 8-hour annual refresher. Copper, underground, and non-Part 46 mineral operations fall under Part 48.

We come to you

Every service on this page travels. We teach classes in your shop, trailer, or pit parking lot in Flagstaff, write plans from your own records, and perform evaluations on your equipment. Travel is quoted up front, with no per-mile surprise on the invoice.

Live instructor-led, never computer-based

When you train online, an MSHA instructor teaches the class live on camera in real time. There are no self-paced modules, recorded videos, or slideshow quizzes, and miners can ask questions and get answers the same day.

How classes run

We train crews across Coconino, Yavapai, Navajo, and Mohave counties, including Williams, Sedona, Cottonwood, Winslow, Holbrook, and Page. Live online classes run on Arizona time, which stays on standard time year round, and underground classes are scheduled on site.

Live online classes are taught in real time by an MSHA instructor, never as a self-paced computer-based course, and require a computer, webcam, and valid photo ID. Every miner leaves with a certificate and a 5000-23 form filed to your training records.
